Waxing services

Smooth, sooner. And longer.

Waxing pulls hair from the root, so regrowth is slower and finer. Quick appointments, careful technique, and weeks of smooth between visits.

Before you book

Hair should be at least ¼ inch and no longer than ½ inch — long enough for the wax to grip, short enough to keep things comfortable.

We can't wax clients on Retin-A, Accutane, or antibiotics due to increased skin sensitivity from those medications.

Avoid sun exposure or tanning beds for 24 hours before and after waxing — your skin needs that buffer to recover.

FAQ

Waxing, answered

Still have a question? Get in touch.

What is the ideal hair length for a successful waxing appointment?
For the most effective wax, your hair should be at least ¼ inch (about a grain of rice) and no longer than ½ inch. That length lets the wax grip the hair properly for a smooth, lasting result.
How long can I expect my waxing results to last?
Most clients enjoy 3–4 weeks of smooth skin between sessions. Regrowth comes in finer and softer over time.
Is waxing a painful experience?
There's a quick pinch with each pull, but it's brief. Most people find it gets easier with regular sessions as hair grows in finer.
Can I get a wax while on medication or with sensitive skin?
We don't wax clients on Retin-A, Accutane, or antibiotics. If you have sensitive skin, mention it when booking and we'll plan around it.
What's the best way to prepare for my waxing service?
Make sure hair is the right length, exfoliate gently a day or two beforehand, and avoid sun, tanning beds, and heavy moisturizer the day of.
Can I receive waxing services during my menstrual cycle?
Yes — though skin can be more sensitive during that window. Many clients prefer to schedule a few days before or after.
What activities should I avoid immediately after waxing?
Skip hot showers, saunas, heavy workouts, sun, tight clothing, and harsh exfoliants for 24–48 hours so your skin can settle.
What is the ideal frequency for waxing appointments?
Every 3–4 weeks for face, every 4–6 weeks for body. Sticking to a rhythm keeps regrowth softer and more sparse.
Which parts of the body can you wax?
At this location we offer brows, lip, chin, full face, bikini, and Brazilian services.
Is waxing a better option than shaving?
Waxing pulls hair from the root, so regrowth is slower, finer, and softer. Shaving cuts at the surface and grows back quickly with a blunter edge.
